Jeff Schoettmer’s winding, tackle-dodging interception return deep into Miami territory has gotten quite a bit of mileage the past few of days — perhaps beyond the 60 yards he was credited with returning the pick-off. It was one of many memorable plays for now-No. 12 North Carolina’s seniors in their home finale Saturday in Atlantic Coast Conference football.
