UNC-NC State Postgame Notes

North Carolina won its school-record 11th straight game with a 45-34 victory over NC State. The Tar Heels improved to 11-1 overall and finished undefeated (8-0) in ACC play for the first time since 1980. The 11 wins equal the school record and it is just the fourth time UNC has won 11 in a season. Carolina also won 11 games in 1997, 1980 and 1972. (GoHeels.com)
