Tar Heels use errors in Texas loss as motivation in 96-72 win against Tulane
Posted Dec 16, 2015
North Carolina’s 96-72 win against Tulane displayed a No. 11 Tar Heel team focused on bettering its weaknesses, especially those on display in the 84-82 loss to Texas, rather than a team concerned with filling the void of injured Kennedy Meeks. UNC held Tulane to 37.9 percent shooting in the first half, then allowed the visitor to shoot 55.9 percent in the second half.
