Grizzlies’ Brandan Wright expected to miss 6-8 weeks with knee surgery

One of the best under-the-radar signings of the summer was the Grizzlies picking up athletic big man Brandan Wright. But Wright hasn’t played much this season, appearing in just seven games and not staying healthy. Now, he’ll be out for a couple of months after undergoing knee surgery. Wright has missed the majority of the Grizzlies’ games already, so this isn’t something that really changes things.
