For most of his three seasons at North Carolina, Isaiah Hicks has been viewed as the Tar Heels' greatest untapped resource. But with No. 11 North Carolina (8-2) having to go without starting center Kennedy Meeks for at least two weeks, the moment for Hicks to deliver on his potential has arrived. Hicks says it wasn't until this season that things began to click.
