Marcus Paige takes cue from former Tar Heels guard

Former UNC guard Shammond Williams started to shed tears after a game at the Smith Center a few nights ago. It wasn’t because Tulane, which employs him as an assistant coach, lost to the Tar Heels. Nor was it because his school 3-point record had been broken several days earlier. It was because of his passion for the place. “It’s not given,” Williams said. “It’s a privilege.”
