Most coaches finishing the final road game before the Christmas holiday are eager to escape the opposing arena, savoring every hour of the all-too-short break. Monmouth's King Rice, however, lingered nearly an hour after a nine-point win over Cornell, shaking hands and greeting well-wishers.
