UNC QB commit Chazz Surratt gets jersey retired

East Lincoln High School senior Chazz Surratt is on his way to UNC -- and it's for certain he'll now always be remembered at his home. Surratt had his jersey No. 12 retired on Wednesday. The UNC commit will play quarterback for the Tar Heels after de-committing from Duke. He said his reason for backing out on Duke -- the Heels will let him play both football and basketball.
