Better high-screen defense helps Isaiah Hicks-Kennedy Meeks switch go smoothly

Roy Williams didn't offer much of an explanation as to why he started Isaiah Hicks over Kennedy Meeks in UNC's 96-71 rout of Miami on Saturday. Whether or not high-screen defense played a role in the decision, Hicks and his teammates fared better than usual in stopping Miami's go-to mode of attack against the Tar Heels.
