UNC takes the dunks and aggression to Dunk City

It took a half to seize control, but top-seeded UNC finally pulled away from the 16th-seeded Eagles and won 83-67 in its NCAA tournament opener. Well-executed, committed defense made the difference in three ACC tournament victories last week, but Roy Williams’ team reverted to some bad habits before showing its championship-level form in the final 20 minutes.
