Brice Johnson overcomes blunder, earns regional MVP award

The East regional MVP was benched. Even now, as a standout senior, Brice Johnson tests North Carolina coach Roy Williams' patience and sanity. Johnson was named the MVP after scoring 25 points and grabbing 12 rebounds in top-seeded UNC's 88-74 victory against sixth-seeded Notre Dame in an Elite Eight game Sunday night.
