They were tuned in and, like most everyone else, expected the large deficit would stick. “We were watching the game — I’m not going to lie,” said Theo Pinson, North Carolina’s fun-loving sophomore swingman. “We were watching the Syracuse game. We saw they were down, but we all agreed as a team to turn the TV off and just focus on our game.”
