Marcus Paige forever a winner despite painful loss

In discussing the final, sudden end to a championship game that will not soon be forgotten, Marcus Paige offered a simple explanation. “The fireworks go off, you want that to be your moment.” Maybe, in a roundabout way, it still was. In the most painful way possible, we saw a young man with the character, poise and wisdom that would make any friend, parent or coach incredibly proud.
