Though not confirmed by Larry Fedora, it’s clear that it’s Mitch Trubisky’s long-awaited chance to be the first-string quarterback. The redshirt junior seemed particularly fond of receiver Mack Hollins, connecting with him seven times for 111 yards – including an 18-yard touchdown hookup. Trubisky completed 13 of 22 passes for 148 yards.
