UNC to play Penn tonight before starting ACC action
Posted Jan 3, 2007
UNC has one last opportunity to work on its problems and weaknesses before beginning ACC play this weekend. It will come tonight, when UNC plays Penn at 8 p.m. at the Smith Center. UNC is 12-1 and on a nine-game winning streak. Penn is 6-5 in its first season under Coach Glen Miller. Penn's first visit to Chapel Hill will mark the return of former UNC junior-varsity player Adam Franklin, who spent two years at UNC before transferring.
