UNC to host King Rice's Monmouth team in 2016

Under sixth-year head coach , Monmouth has played 20 high-major programs. That number will grow by four next winter when the Hawks play at South Carolina, at Syracuse, at Memphis and at UNC (Dec. 28). The trip to Chapel Hill will be a homecoming for Rice, who played point guard for the Tar Heels under legendary coach from 1987-91. (Asbury Park Press)
