Of the nearly 80 players invited to the Under Armor All-America Camp this week, only 12 were rising sophomores. Joey Baker was one of them. A day before the camp started, he was listed as the 23rd best prospect in his class by Scout. During the camp, he announced via Twitter that N.C. State had offered him a scholarship, joining Charlotte, Clemson, Hofstra, Tennessee, Texas and Western Carolina.
