Willie Parker set for homecoming
Posted Dec 14, 2006
Willie Parker, the pride of Clinton, N.C., isn't exactly going home this weekend. But he'll be close. With the Steelers trying to keep their faint playoff hopes alive, Parker gets a rare chance to play before a host of family and friends at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte. "It's going to be a great game for me, a homecoming," the Steelers' star running back said of Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers.
