Hours after former Husker punter Sam Foltz was laid to rest Saturday in Grand Island in front of an estimated 1,500 teammates, coaches, friends, family members and loved ones, country singer and songwriter Chase Rice donned Foltz's jersey and paid tribute to the Greeley native during a concert.
