Depth of knowledge will improve Tar Heel defense in Chizik's second year

Gene Chizik helped North Carolina significantly improve its defense in 2015 from where it was the year before in his first season as the team's defensive coordinator. Now the Tar Heels hope to build on that in year two. “It’s all about getting better, regardless,” senior defensive lineman Nazair Jones said. “Coach always says that; either you get better, or you get worse.”
