Devon Dotson, Coby White tie for top recruit in N.C. 2018 clas

Providence Day junior point guard Devon Dotson and Wilson Greenfield’s Coby White are tied at No. 1 in the latest Phenom Hoop Report rankings for high school basketball recruits in the N.C. class of 2018. Earlier this summer, White received an offer to play at UNC and committed to the Tar Heels a few days later. Dotson has more than a dozen offers, including UNC.
