Duke, UNC meet with bell on the line

They say you can throw the records out the window when bitter rivals meet. There's little doubt that Duke and North Carolina are all for that. While the Blue Devils enter today's noon game at Wallace Wade Stadium on a 19-game losing skid, the Tar Heels just won their first game over a Division I-A foe for departed head coach John Bunting with a victory over N.C. State last Saturday.
