Bug Howard did Mack Hollins proud. Wearing the No. 13 jersey worn by Hollins since he was a 2013 freshman, Howard caught the go-ahead touchdown amid a splendid performance for the North Carolina senior in Saturday’s 35-14 ACC victory at Virginia. “I could still honor him with my play and his number on my back,” Howard said.
