2017 guard Marcus Carr just verbally committed to Pittsburgh, according to Northern Kings coach Vial Messiah. "They've been recruiting him the longest," Messiah explained to Scout. "Since they were at Vandy." Carr, a 6-foot-2 combo guard, picked Kevin Stallings' Panthers over Clemson, Cincinnati and Virginia Tech. "The ACC is as good as it gets in college basketball," Messiah said.
