Tar Heels assistant coach sits out Hawaii trip

UNC’s men’s basketball team left Wednesday for a Hawaiian trip without assistant coach Steve Robinson, who’s staying behind because of a blood clot in his right leg. He has been advised to avoid airline flights. “He had a great line,” Roy Williams said. “He said he wished it happened next week, then he could have stayed in Hawaii for a month.”
