UNC upset loss hands Coastal title to Virginia Tech
Posted Nov 25, 2016
N.C. State helped Virginia Tech lock up the ACC Coastal Division title on Friday, beating North Carolina 28-21 in Chapel Hill, N.C. The loss eliminated the Tar Heels' chances of battling the Hokies for the conference division's top spot. Had UNC won, the Hokies would have had to win their regular-season finale Saturday against in-state rival Virginia.
