Special Olympics breaks stereotypes, says Sam Perkins


Former NBA player is going around the world spreading the word to accept people with intellectual disabilities. He is also a member of the Selection Committee for the Special Olympics. Perkins said seeing other disabled people getting ill-treated made him work for their cause. "I got to know Special Olympics when I was at a college in North Carolina." (Khaleej Times)
