King Rice's 100th win a byproduct of recruiting, belief at Monmouth

Long-term potential and strong academics is what got King Rice that 3-year extension at Monmouth. On Friday, the sixth-year head coach got his 100th career win in his 190th game at Monmouth. Afterwards, he did two things he has done a lot. He reflected on those early days when the Hawks did far more losing than winning, and he heaped praise on everyone but himself.
