UNC runs past Louisville in key matchup

Eighth-ranked UNC used an extended second-half run Wednesday to blow past No. 6 Louisville, 74-63, at the Dean Smith Center and put a stranglehold on the top spot in the ACC standings. Justin Jackson led all scorers with 21 points, including 11 second-half points. Joel Berry (15 points), Kennedy Meeks (14) and Theo Pinson (13) each reached double figures.
