North Carolina and Duke have met only once in New York City, a 1971 NIT semifinal. During a week in which debate has raged over whether or not the ACC should even be here. The fact of the matter is, the ACC is indeed here, with more eyes and attention on it. The league's best rivalry in New York City, cannot be construed as anything but a home run
