Tar Heel apparel was the clothing of choice at The Fieldhouse on Thursday, and 50-plus fans lined Salt Lake City’s path to the court, snapping pictures and slapping Marcus Paige’s hand. The reception is not surprising at a place like Greensboro. But Paige has discovered there are Tar Heel fans everywhere. “No matter where we go, there are Tar Heels,” he said.
