UNC Title IX finds Allen Artis not responsible after appeal

Allen Artis has been found not responsible by UNC's Title IX office after Delaney Robinson's appeal of the original decision. Robinson's lawyer, Denise Branch, released a statement saying they are disappointed in the decision. The Title IX office found Artis not guilty in early April, but Robinson and Branch appealed the decision. Artis still faces misdemeanor charges.
