New York Jets Re-Sign Linebacker Bruce Carter

The New York Jets have re-signed veteran linebacker Bruce Carter. The 29-year-old Carter played in 13 games last season and finished with 13 defensive tackles (10 solos). Carter also tied for fourth on the club with five special teams stops. Entering his seventh pro season, Carter was originally a second-round pick of the Cowboys out of North Carolina in the 2011 NFL Draft.
