Marcus Ginyard misses court date


North Carolina basketball swingman is free on $150 bond after turning himself in to police on Wednesday after he missed a scheduled court date for two misdemeanor charges. This past October, Chapel Hill police charged him with a noise ordinance violation and driving with an expired inspection sticker. (Raleigh News & Observer)
