The significance of Brice Johnson’s move back to #11

For some players, the digits they wear on their jersey are a number. But to Brice Johnson, the number 11 means so much more. With Jamal Crawford departing from the LA Clippers in free agency, Johnson is now able to switch back to the number he’s worn since October 11th, 2008. That is the date that Johnson’s mother, Renee Johnson, passed away from cancer.
