3 players who signal bright future for North Carolina offense

Crushed by injuries and limited by inexperience, the Tar Heels have concerns all over their offense. But while the shortcomings have been easy to identify during UNC’s 1-3 start, a few bright spots have emerged. Three players in particular provide reason to be excited for the future: QB Chazz Surratt, WR Anthony Ratliff-Williams, and RB Michael Carter.
