Toronto Raptors waive Kennedy Meeks

The Toronto Raptors have waived guard Andy Rautins, centre Kennedy Meeks, and forward Kyle Wiltjer. Meeks played in the Raptors’ second exhibition game against the Los Angeles Clippers. The moves bring Toronto’s roster down to 17 players. The Raptors will open their regular season on Oct. 19 against the Chicago Bulls.
