North Carolina basketball is fresh off of a national championship. But Justin Jackson, Isaiah Hicks, Tony Bradley and Kennedy Meeks are gone, and Joel Berry will miss time with a hand injury. Despite that, AP voters are bullish on the Tar Heels, who check in at No. 9 in the preseason AP Top 25. Sports illustrated had UNC at No. 18 in its preseason poll.
