For Seventh Woods, the season opener against Northern Iowa was positive. In 18 minutes off the bench, Woods showcased a refined skill set. Woods registered an offensive rating of 111 points per 100 possessions against NIU. This marks the first time in his career that Woods has played at least 15 minutes and scored an offensive rating north of 110.
