Joel Berry recounted a story from his youth of playing video games with his dad and throwing the controller at him. “It’s just because I’m competitive and that’s what makes me who I am." The preseason All-ACC point guard returned a week earlier than anticipated, scoring eight points and dishing out eight assists against a Bison team picked to win the Patriot League.
