Mike Mason rebuilding

When Mike Mason came home to Rocky Mount last December, the rumor mills around town were working at full-speed. Mason, just dismissed from the University of North Carolina for what was termed a "violation of team rules" in a two-line statement, was allegedly using illicit drugs according to the rumor-mongers. The rumors were dead wrong, according to the man himself. (Rocky Mount Telegram)
