Larry Miller was taking a break in his backyard when his past came calling, bearing two lattes and a coffee. In short order he was participating in a book project that traces the arc of his basketball career. And, after years away, he’ll make a trip to UNC next month for a 50th reunion of Tar Heels squads that mounted a three-year championship run (1967-69) under Dean Smith. (Charlotte Observer)
