Teachey (N.C.) Rose Hill running back Javonte Williams starred in the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas, and just a couple hours later, joined North Carolinas' class of 2018. Watch Williams' video to see what the Tar Heels will be getting when he enrolls in Chapel Hill next fall.
