Roy Williams offers preferred walk-on spot to 2018 Garner PG Marque Maultsby

Earlier this week, Roy Williams sent an email to Garner Magnet coach Eddie Gray to extend an offer to his 6-foot-2 point guard Marque Maultsby as a preferred walk-on, according to Rivals’ Clint Jackson. UNC's coaching staff took notice of Maultsby during the John Wall Holiday Invitational. While Coby White was breaking the scoring record, Maultsby and Garner won the title. (DieHards.com)
