There’s no sense fretting about the quick turnaround for North Carolina’s men’s basketball team. The Tar Heels put their four-game winning streak on the line Monday at Virginia Tech. “It is hard to get wins in the ACC,” UNC senior Theo Pinson said. “Every night is going to be a battle. We have a quick turnaround. We have a big-time game against Virginia Tech.”
