Duke and North Carolina lose at home on same day for first time since 1973
Posted Jan 27, 2018
Saturday was not kind to bluebloods in the ACC. After No. 10 North Carolina was upset at home in overtime by NC State, Duke fell to Virginia, 65-63, at Cameron Indoor Stadium. It’s the first time both programs have lost at home on the same day since 1973. UNC did not play a poor game by any means on Saturday. NC State just so happened to play a great one.
