"Down East" talent abundant in football Class of 2019

Eleven players from North Carolina's “Down East? high schools have received scholarship offers from FBS programs already. Powerhouse Havelock High has three FBS recruits on its roster. Anthony Harris is a big-play maker at safety. Clemson, ECU, N.C. State, UNC, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest are among schools trying to land him.
