Tar Heels preparing for 2018 without spring game, set QB

The Tar Heels are back on the turf for spring practice but won't have a spring game like in seasons past. "To be able to get more reps in a normal scrimmage, it would be better use of our time," Larry Fedora said. Familiar controversies still linger: not knowing if Chazz Surratt or Nathan Elliott will start at quarterback. Both shared an even amount of reps Tuesday.
