Durham Remembered: ‘We Listened to Woody’

A crowd gathered into Carmichael Arena on Sunday for a memorial for the late Woody Durham. The legendary broadcaster who served as the Voice of the Tar Heels for 40 years passed away in early March due to complications with a neurocognitive disorder. Jones Angell succeeded Durham in the broadcast booth and opened Sunday’s ceremony.
