North Carolina wide receiver is an all-purpose threat capable of scoring anytime he touches the football. His 10 total touchdowns in 2017 consisted of 6 receiving, 2 passing and 2 on kickoff returns. Ratliff-Williams paced the ACC in yards-per-touch, kickoff return yardage and tied for first in kickoff return touchdowns.
